Instructions for Continuing Your Course

Inactivity Detection:

  • If you are inactive for 10 minutes, the website will stop saving your progress, even if you appear to be moving forward in the course.
  • When this happens, your last completed lesson is saved, but your progress beyond that is not.

  • Close Your Browser: Close the internet browser you are using.
  • Reopen Your Browser: Open the browser again and go to the CE247 website.

  • Reminder: You cannot skip lessons. The course will not allow you to go past an incomplete lesson.

Always Log Out When Finished:

By following these steps, you will be able to continue your course smoothly without losing progress.

  • Apprentices: 3 hours every year before re-registering.

No. Journeymen and contractors may complete their 12 CE hours any time during the 3-year cycle. Many choose to finish early so their hours are already on file when renewal comes due.

  • Renewal is yearly (pay the fee and keep your license active).

  • CEUs are periodic (12 hours every 3 years for journeymen/contractors, 3 hours every year for apprentices).
