We’d be happy to discuss offering you a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Because of the nature of online content, we do not provide refunds after the first 24 hours of any purchase.

If there is an issue with the course that you were not able to complete, we will be glad to discuss with you so we may correct the issue and you can complete the course that was purchased.

Refund Fee

The payment processor we use, PayPal, will charge us a processing fee even for refunded transactions. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold onto $5 and refund you the remaining amount.
