Michigan Electrical Continuing Education Required: Each licensee is required to complete an approved Code Update course within 1 year of Michigan adopting the new version of the National Electrical Code.

    • Master and Journeyman – 15 Hours
    • Sign Specialist – 8 Hours.

Current Code: 2023 NEC, effective 3/12/2024. The renewal deadline is March 11, 2025.

Attendance Verification: Michigan requires attendance to receive credit for your Continuing Education Courses. This course allows the use of any device with a built-in camera, including mobile phones, iPads, tablets, laptops, and home computers. You will be prompted randomly to take an Attendance Photo (Selfie) during the course using the camera on the device you are using for the course.

No Tests or Quizzes: Enjoy a stress-free learning experience with no questions, quizzes, or tests. The attendance photo meets the requirements for attendance, allowing you to focus on learning without the pressure of being tested.

As required by Michigan, we will submit your CE hours directly to CEBroker automatically.
